Welcome to Epona Wellness Therapy! I’m Maggie Graham, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based in Minnesota with over eight years of experience as a mental health practitioner. Epona Wellness offers individual therapy, group therapy, life coaching, and equine‑assisted psychotherapy for individuals ages 16 and older.

At Epona Wellness, my mission is to help clients return to a grounded, regulated state through an integrative blend of cognitive, somatic, mindfulness‑based, and equine‑assisted approaches.
